With over 25 years of experience in tax consulting, Stefano has specialized in international taxation and corporate reorganizations, focusing on M&A tax structuring, tax due diligence, and transfer pricing. Previously, they held roles at Andersen Legal and Arthur Andersen & Co, where they gained expertise in international taxation and financial auditing. Stefano earned a degree in Economics and Commerce from the Università degli Studi di Verona.
