Steve LeFaivre, AACI, is a Partner at EY, where they lead the Canadian appraisal practice and Dispute Valuation team. With over 19 years of experience in real estate, Steve has developed a high level of technical expertise in appraising various types of properties and has served as an expert witness in numerous litigation cases. Previously, Steve founded CBRE’s Ottawa Valuation and Advisory Services team and held the role of Vice President at EY from 2020 to 2022. They obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wake Forest University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from The University of British Columbia.
