Steve Nichols

Steve Nichols is the Office Managing Partner at EY in Tampa, where they lead a team of approximately 550 professionals across assurance, tax, transaction, and consulting services. With 26 years of experience, Steve has worked with multiple industries, providing extensive services for SEC registrants and multinational clients, including financial statement auditing and guidance on mergers and acquisitions. They are dedicated to creating an inclusive culture and developing exceptional learning experiences for colleagues. Steve currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of the Children's Home Network and has held various leadership roles within EY, including serving as the EY Global Coordinating Service Partner.
