Tanusree De

Tanusree De is an Executive Director and Responsible AI Leader at EY GDS Consulting, currently leading AI initiatives across the APAC region. With 23 years of global consulting experience, Tanusree has a robust background in AI, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics, focusing on Responsible AI since 2019. They have developed innovative solutions for explainability, algorithmic bias, and LLMs while contributing to various peer-reviewed journals and presenting at numerous conferences. Tanusree previously held leadership roles at Accenture and IBM, where they spearheaded AI and analytics practices. They hold an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Calcutta, specializing in Statistics and Econometrics, and a B.Sc. with Honors in Economics from Presidency College, Calcutta.
