Terry Coulter

Terry Coulter, ASA, is an experienced executive in the field of transfer pricing with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Executive Director of Transfer Pricing at EY since March 2025, Terry has previously held senior roles at Axalta from February 2014 to December 2024, including Senior Director and Director of Global Transfer Pricing and Tax. Prior experience includes positions at EY from July 2008 to February 2014, where Terry advanced from Manager to Senior Manager in Transfer Pricing, as well as a Senior Analyst role at CBIZ from 2006 to 2008 and an Economist position at The Center for Forensic Economic Studies from 2003 to 2006. Terry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Concordia University.
