Tessa Lim

Tessa Lim is the Talent Director for Asia East and ASEAN Tax at Ernst & Young, where they create and implement talent strategies to enhance performance and engagement. With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Organization Development, Tessa has held various leadership roles, including Asia Pacific Tax Talent Leader and ASEAN SaT Talent Leader at EY. Prior to this, they worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in several HR Business Advisor and Leadership Development roles. Tessa began their career at Arthur Andersen and EY in PAS Consulting.
