tetsuya bessho

Tetsuya Bessho has over 25 years of experience in the Japanese National Tax Agency, focusing on transfer pricing and mutual agreement procedures for more than 15 years. They transitioned to EY Tax Corporation, providing services for over 700 mutual agreement and advanced ruling applications during their tenure. Currently, Tetsuya serves as a senior advisor at EY, a consulting member of the Tokyo Taxation Association, and a permanent member of the International Division of the Japanese Society of Taxation and Accounting. They also hold academic positions as an adjunct lecturer at Meiji University and a visiting professor at Chiba University of Commerce, while previously serving as a special professor at Reitaku University. Tetsuya is pursuing a degree in law at Chuo University.
