Thomas Dalsgaard Jørgensen

Thomas Dalsgaard Jørgensen is the Director of Strategy & Transactions at EY, where they are engaged in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, supporting various transactions for Danish and Nordic private equity funds as well as national and international corporations. Prior to joining EY, Thomas worked at PwC Denmark from 2013 to 2018, initially as an Associate Auditor and later as a Senior Consultant in Transaction Services. They co-owned RTJinvest from 2012 to 2020 and served as Accounting Manager at Service Centralen Syd. Thomas holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark.
