Tom Hennessy

Tom Hennessy is a Director in the Strategy and Transactions division at EY, where they focus on advising clients throughout the transaction life-cycle, particularly in post-merger integrations and separations. They have extensive experience in both pre-deal and post-deal activities across various sectors, including consumer products and pharmaceuticals. Tom began their career as a Consultant at EY, progressing through roles such as Senior Consultant, Manager, and Associate Director, before reaching their current position in 2023. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Economics and Finance from the University of Melbourne and have passed CFA Level 1. Growing up on a farm in Central Victoria, Tom is passionate about the agriculture sector, especially the beef cattle industry.
