Tom Salmond

Tom Salmond, FRSA, is currently a Partner in Financial Crime & Forensics at EMEIA Financial Services. With a focus on improving controls to mitigate the societal impact of financial crime, they draw on extensive experience in payments, banking, and consultancy. They have held significant roles at organizations such as APACS, Barclays, and Ernst & Young, where they contributed to areas including digital fraud and financial crime intelligence. Tom is a Chartered Management Consultant and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and they actively co-lead the Systems Thinking Network.
