Vipin S. is a strategic technology consultant currently leading the ERP and Data & AI practice at EY within the International Development team. They focus on driving digital transformation for public sector institutions globally, collaborating with multilateral organizations, donor agencies, and governments to modernize operations. Vipin has previously served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government, a Consultant and Product Manager at the World Intellectual Property Organization, and a Technology and Humanitarian Affairs Intern at the United Nations OCHA. With a strong background in ERP systems and a passion for multilateral collaboration, Vipin aims to unlock operational efficiency and support strategic objectives of global institutions. They hold a B.Tech in IT from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Master of Public Administration from The University of Georgia.
