Wadih Abounasr

Wadih Abounasr is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as a Tax Partner and Business Tax Services Leader for MENA at EY since July 2021. Prior to this role, Wadih held the position of Head of Tax for the KSA Levant Cluster at KPMG Saudi Arabia from October 2018 to May 2021. Wadih's extensive career in taxation includes significant roles at PwC Middle East, including Tax Transformation Leader, Country Senior Partner, and Chief Operating Officer for the Tax line of service from July 2006 to July 2018. Earlier experience includes partnership at BKR AbouNasr from February 1997 to June 2006 and teaching as an instructor at the American University of Beirut from 1997 to 2004. Wadih holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Concordia University and a graduate diploma in Accounting and Finance from the same institution, alongside a Bac francais from Grand lycee franco libanais.
