Willard Hart

Willard Hart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fraud prevention and financial crimes consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director at EY since June 2024, Hart previously held positions at Mission Omega as a Fraud Financial Crimes Consultant and at Robinhood as Director of Fraud Operations and Director of Fraud Support. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at PwC, where managerial responsibilities spanned fraud technology, and a leadership position at Exeter Finance that involved process improvement and implementation of LEAN Six Sigma techniques. At MoneyGram, Hart excelled as Senior Director of Global Security & Investigations, crafting enterprise-wide strategies for investigating data loss and other security threats, as well as enhancing traveler safety.
