Yassar Altaf, CFA, has extensive experience in financial and commercial advisory services within the infrastructure sector, particularly in public-private partnerships (PPP). At EY from February 2018 to November 2019, Yassar served as a Manager and advanced to Vice President within the Infrastructure Strategy & Transactions practice, where responsibilities included leading large-scale PPP projects from business case development to financing closure. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Analyst at the International Finance Corporation, advising governments on PPP transactions in emerging markets, and working as an Analyst in Investment Banking at United Bank Limited, where Yassar managed project finance debt transactions. Yassar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from King's College London and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Warwick.
