Pablo Fernandez-Peña Curbera has a diverse and extensive work experience. Pablo started their career as a Junior Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank in 1998 and then worked as an Analyst in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank from 2000 to 2001. Pablo later joined Katana Private Equity as a Senior Analyst from 2002 to 2003.

In 2003, Pablo joined Robeco as a Sales Director for Spain and Latin America. Pablo worked in this role for ten years until 2013. During their time at Robeco, they were responsible for expanding the company's sales and developing relationships with clients.
