Shafat Mulkana

Shafat Mulkana is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in development consultancy and software engineering. Currently serving as the CEO of Eycon Private Limited since April 2003, Shafat oversees operations in Islamabad. Prior to this role, Shafat worked as an M&E Officer at UNICEF Pakistan from January 1999 to April 2003 and as an Assistant Professor at Bahria University Islamabad for a year. Shafat holds a Master's degree in Computer Science (Software Engineering) from the University of Essex, completed in 1995.
