Matt Bonitt

Matt Bonitt has been working in the field of talent acquisition and recruiting since at least 2015. Matt currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at EyCrowd, Inc. since November 2021. Before that, they served as a Contract IT Recruiter at AutoNation from August 2021 to November 2021. Prior to these roles, Matt worked as a Head Talent Acquisition Consultant at Kombo Ventures from August 2020 to April 2021. Matt also worked as a Corporate Recruiter at MSI Recruiting from August 2018 to August 2020. In addition, they gained experience in technical recruiting and as a Senior Recruiter at Belcan Engineering from April 2015 to November 2017, and at Valeo Resources from April 2015 to November 2015.

Matt Bonitt obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English and Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Gonzaga College High School from 2000 to 2004, earning a diploma.
