Nina Ballew

Nina Ballew is an experienced optometrist currently working at Eye Associates of New Mexico since August 2020. Prior to this role, Nina held various positions at Ethicon between 2009 and 2014, including Supplier Quality Engineer and Associate Process Excellence Engineer, where significant achievements included leading a Lean Green Belt project that reduced non-conforming products by 83% and managing a team of 32 associates.
