Joseph Rath

Joseph Rath currently serves as the Regional Operations Manager at Thrive Pet Healthcare since December 2018 and has been the Practice Manager at Eye Care for Animals since July 2003. Joseph Rath possesses a strong background in operations and management within the veterinary field. Educationally, Joseph Rath studied at California State University, Long Beach from 2002 to 2004 and earned an Associate's degree at Orange Coast College from 2000 to 2002.
