Eye Foundation Hospital (EFH) is a leader in the delivery of state-of-the-art eye care, established in 1993 with a vision to eliminate avoidable blindness through the provision of equitable, qualitative, quantitative and affordable eye care to all. The Eye Foundation Hospital is a registered eye specialist hospital with over 7 branches with 3 Primary Eye care Centers in Nigeria; with the head office situated at 27 Isaac John Street, G.R.A Ikeja, Lagos State Nigeria. Eye Foundation Hospital prides itself in providing eye care services comparable to those obtainable internationally. Eye Foundation Hospital delivers care in the public and private sectors, and contributes to improving eye care in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa through establishing a sustainable infrastructure, its training programme for eye care practitioners and outreach activities. Eye Foundation Hospital has been the recipient of the eyecare service provider of the year award by the Nigeria Healthcare Excellence Award for four consecutive years (2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019). We offer three levels of care (primary/basic level care, secondary level care and tertiary level care) within our network ensuring an uninterrupted level of escalation and access to quality eye care for all. Our Primary Eye Care Centres (PECCs) are entry points of care which promote access in communities where little or no basic eye care exists. PECCs are referral points for Secondary Centres
