The Clinical Operations team at Eye Institute oversees the daily functioning of the clinic, ensuring smooth delivery of vision correction and treatment services. Led by the Clinical Team Lead and Clinical Operations Manager, the team coordinates patient care, manages clinical schedules, and ensures that all medical procedures are carried out efficiently and to the highest standard. The Optometrist-ophthalmic Technician plays a vital role in performing preliminary eye exams and assisting specialists in patient management.
