Kaitlin Decker, MHA, MPH, currently serves as an Ophthalmic Technician at Eye Specialists of Indiana, where responsibilities include completing pre-operative testing and engaging with patients to explain various tests and procedures. Prior to this role, Kaitlin was the Chief Operating Officer for Kappa Alpha Theta, coordinating member safety and enhancing chapter efficiency through event development. Experience also includes serving as a Scholarship Director, where Kaitlin improved the chapter’s GPA by implementing new scholarship programs, and as a Learning Center Tutor, providing academic support in Biology and Chemistry.
