Dianne Smith has over 40 years of work experience, starting in 1979 at Pike Manor Health Care Center where they began in the Social Services Department and eventually became the Administrator after 15 years. In 2004, they transitioned to Troy Regional Medical Center as the Director of Home Health until 2008. Following that, they joined Family Eye Center as the Director of Operations from 2008 to 2020. Currently, Dianne holds the position of Director of Operations at EyeCare Associates, Inc. since October 2020.
Dianne Smith earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Social Rehabilitation from Troy University, where they attended from 1975 to 1978. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Work at The University of Alabama from 1983 to 1985.
