Dwayne Munneke

Dwayne Munneke, PhD SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Organizational Learning and Development at EyeCare Partners since July 2024. Previously, Dwayne held the position of Director of Talent Solutions at Byrider from April 2015 to June 2024, where strategic planning and departmental transformation were central to driving talent and development solutions for over 3,000 associates across 150 locations. Dwayne's experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at CEB (now Gartner) and Director of Talent Management at Nationwide Insurance, where significant contributions were made in talent assessment, leadership development, and analytics. Earlier roles included Senior Organizational Development Manager at the State of Michigan, focusing on organizational products and services. Dwayne holds multiple degrees in Psychology, including a PhD from Western Michigan University.
