Kimberly Hoch

Kimberly (Kimmie) Hoch serves as the District Operations Manager for EyeCare Partners in N.E. Ohio and Texas, where leadership has led to recognition as the #1 District in Gross Sales per Exam for 2023 and 2024, and involvement in the DM Center of Excellence team. Kimmie also holds the position of President and Chief Creative Officer at OD Social Pro, focusing on management consulting, leadership coaching, and staff training. Previous experience includes serving as a National Presenter at ChartHouse Learning, where public speaking and employee development were central, and as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Novus Clinic, overseeing operations for multiple locations before its acquisition by EyeCare Partners. Additionally, Kimmie has worked as an independent consultant for marketing and management. Education includes studies at Kent State University at Stark.
