Melanie Williams

Melanie Williams serves as the Office Operations Manager at EyeCare Partners, a position held since June 2012, where oversight of the admitting department at a fast-paced outpatient surgery center is a primary responsibility. In addition to this role, Melanie briefly worked as a Surgical Coordinator and Office Manager at St. Charles Surgery Center in June 2012 and volunteered in public relations and media for the St. Louis chapter of Autism Speaks from January 2011 to June 2012. Previously, Melanie was the Clinical Lead at SSM Health Care from October 2005 to March 2011, where responsibilities included directing office staff, managing patient communications, conducting staff training, and ensuring compliance with various healthcare regulations. Melanie also served as an Epic Super-User, contributing to the successful implementation of the EPIC EMR system across the medical group.
