Sarah Rathsack

Sarah Rathsack is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor at EyeCare Partners since July 2019, Sarah contributes to the largest vertically integrated medical vision services provider in the US. Previously, Sarah held positions at Kforce Inc. as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and as an IT Talent Manager, specializing in technology and finance staffing solutions. Sarah's earlier roles included senior recruiter and account manager positions at Human Resource Staffing, LLC, and serving as a recruiter at The Cheesecake Factory. Sarah's foundational experience began in marketing with Andrews Engineering, Inc., prior to earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2008.
