Sarah Wells

Sarah Wells has extensive experience in the optometry field, having served various roles at EyeCare Partners since May 2000, culminating in the position of Division President for Optometry. Responsibilities have included overseeing operations across multiple locations, staffing, employee development, sales management, and addressing patient concerns. In addition, Sarah played a significant role in expanding business-to-business sales of practice management software, driving client growth from 10 to 72 locations within two years. Concurrently, Sarah has led Friends of Megan, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on cancer research, since June 2008. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science from Truman State University, earned in 2003.
