Or Retzkin has worked at various companies since 2014. In 2014, they began working at PwC as an Accounting. That same year, they also started working as an Academic Tutor at Tel Aviv University. In 2016, they became a Teacher at LAHAV, Executive Education, Faculty of Management, TA University - להב and a Co Founder & CEO at EyeControl. In 2021, they became a Member at 8400 - The Health Network.

Or Retzkin received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics & Accounting from Tel Aviv University in 2014, after studying there from 2010-2014. Or then went on to receive a Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting and Finance from Tel Aviv University between 2014-2016. In 2021, they attended Harvard Business School Executive Education.
