Alejandra Ramirez

Alejandra Ramirez has extensive experience in the optical industry, currently serving as General Manager at Eyeglass World since August 2023, having previously held the roles of Assistant General Manager and Keyholder. Prior experience includes Optical Program Manager at Vision Now, where sales strategies and training programs were developed to enhance performance across multiple locations. Additional roles include Sr. Optical Specialist Lead at Visionworks of America, Vision Technician III at HERO DVO LLC, and various customer service and managerial positions prior to that. Alejandra holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Houston Community College and has demonstrated strong leadership, sales management, and customer service skills throughout a diverse career.
