Alden Carracillo

Alden Carracillo is an accomplished executive in the semiconductor and photonic industries, currently serving as COO and co-founder of eyeo since November 2024. Previously, Alden held the position of VP of Photonic IC Platforms at EFFECT Photonics from August 2022 to April 2025, and served in various roles at onsemi, including Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering, from April 2016 to July 2022. Alden's career also includes a tenure at ON Semiconductor as Product and Test Engineering Sr. Manager from March 2011 to October 2015 and as Product Engineering Manager at Cypress Semiconductor Corp. Belgium from November 2008 to May 2011. Early career beginnings at FillFactory NV as a Process Engineer from October 2002 to August 2004 complemented by a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from LUCA School of Arts, obtained between 1999 and 2002, further solidified Alden's expertise in the field.
