Noah de Villiers

Noah de Villiers, CFA has extensive experience in corporate finance and M&A roles. Noah is currently the Director of Corporate Finance (M&A, Fundraising) at eyeo, where they oversee M&A, fundraising, and all corporate finance areas. Prior to this, Noah was the Head of Corporate Development (M&A) at Kambi, where they led M&A activities and played a key role in executing two technology acquisitions worth up to $110m. Noah also served as a Non-Executive Director and Investor at One-Juice, where they contributed to the company's growth and improved financial performance. Additionally, Noah worked as an Associate Director at Agis Holdings, where they executed various transactions and set corporate strategies for fintech and payments companies. Earlier in their career, they were a Manager at Delta Partners, focusing on corporate strategy and venture capital investments in the telco, media, and technology sectors. Noah brings a wealth of experience in driving growth and creating value in these industries.

Noah de Villiers, CFA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Imperial College Business School, earned between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Economics and Law from the University of Cape Town, which they completed from 2010 to 2013. Noah is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, certified by the CFA Institute in 2022. Additionally, they hold an Advanced Open Water Diver certification from PADI, which they earned in 2012.
