Derick Katipearachchi is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as Senior Technical Lead at Eyepax IT Consulting (Pvt) Ltd. since April 2011, Derick has contributed to the company's growth for over a decade and has previously held the positions of Technical Lead, Associate Project Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer within the same organization. Prior to joining Eyepax, Derick worked at Cyber Concepts (Pvt) Ltd. from October 2001 to November 2007, progressing through roles from Software Engineer to Trainee Software Engineer. Derick holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from the University of Colombo, where studies took place from 1997 to 2001, and completed earlier education at Sri Sumangala College in Panadura between 1983 and 1994.
