Kai Ding is an experienced biostatistician currently serving as the Director of Biostatistics at EyePoint since August 2025. Previously, Kai held the position of Director of Biostatistics at Sarepta Therapeutics for a brief period in early 2025 and worked there as Associate Director and Senior Manager of Biostatistics from December 2020 to August 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Incyte, where Kai served as Manager, Principal Statistician, and Senior Biostatistician from September 2016 to December 2020. Kai Ding earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master of Engineering in Applied Sciences from the University of California, Davis, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Shandong University.
