Vinay Gupta began their career as a Junior Engineer officer onboard ships in 1994 and advanced to the role of Chief Engineer Officer on large ocean-going vessels by 2002. After excelling in ship operations, they joined the shore-based establishment of a ship management company in Hong Kong, eventually becoming Technical Manager. In 2012, Vinay founded Union Marine Management Services Pte. Ltd, which now manages assets for over 58 ships valued at more than $2 billion. They also serve as an Ambassador for Eyesea and have completed various educational programs, including a Bachelor of Technology in Marine Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Shipping.
