Marian Le Calvez has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2008, they worked as a Digital Project Manager at BDDP Unlimited. From 2009 to 2010, they co-founded CCN - La Compagnie des Contenus Numériques and served as the Chief Technology Officer, where they conceptualized and developed a "Global Media" concept and defined a related business model. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as the Digital Communications Manager at Les Arcs - Paradiski, where they were responsible for information system development and global online communication strategies. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Strategic Planner at GEONAUTE / DECATHLON, focusing on strategic watch, product development recommendations, and international communication strategies. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as the Chief Strategy Officer at GIROPTIC, leading international development, co-defining product range and business model, and implementing communication and growth hacking strategies. In 2018, they founded DeMoan and served as its Founder until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Sales & Customer Success at EYESEE, where they are responsible for sales and customer success.

Marian Le Calvez completed a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication & Multimedia from IUT de Chambéry, starting in 2004 and ending in 2006. Following that, they pursued an International Bachelor's degree with a major in Media & Digital Imaging from the Glendon Campus of York University, starting in 2006 and ending in 2007. Lastly, they obtained a Master's degree in Global Communications with a specialization in Entrepreneurship & Corporate Management from ISCOM, starting in 2007 and finishing in 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Marian Le Calvez obtained a certification in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot in March 2018.
