Jennifer Quintero has extensive work experience in the fields of consumer psychology, market research, marketing, and strategic planning. Jennifer has held a variety of roles, starting in 2006 as an Human Resources Intern at McDonald's. In 2008, they joined GfK Venezuela as a Project Executive and Qualitative Project Coordinator. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Laboratorios Recalcine as a Market Research Analyst. Jennifer then moved to Novartis, where they worked as a Market Research Specialist from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they became an Established Professor at Instituto Internet, where they developed educational programs and materials, and served as a final degree project tutor. In 2017, they joined Turner (Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.) as an Ad Sales Research Manager, where they developed dashboards and channel performance reports for the Venezuelan and Central America market. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Self-Employed Market Research Consultant and is currently a Senior Shopper Insights Manager at EyeSee.

Jennifer Quintero has an extensive education history. Jennifer began their educational journey in 1987 when they obtained their High School Diploma from Colegio San Agustín in the field of Science. In 2001, they earned their Bachelor degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Psychology. In 2010 and 2011, they obtained a Consumer Psychology Professional Diploma from Universidad Metropolitana (VE). In 2012, they earned an SPSS Data Analysis Professional Diploma from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Statistics. In 2014 to 2016, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) in Marketing. In 2017, they earned a Digital Marketing Professional Diploma from Instituto Internet in Marketing and an Entrepreneurship Professional Diploma from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) in Entrepreneurship. In 2019, they completed an Intensive English course at HOFT Institute of Austin, Texas. Jennifer is currently in the process of obtaining a Doctor's Degree in Education from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, which they are expected to complete in 2025. Jennifer also has several certifications, including Advanced Branding, Customer Decision Journey, Qualitative Marketing Research, Understanding Consumer Behavior, How to Address Difficult Clients, Train the Trainer Insight Training, Interview Workshop, and Persuasive Oral Communication.
