Marija Smuđa has been working in the research and insights field since 2011. Marija began their career as a Research Associate at the Centre for Education Policy. In 2012, they joined Telenor as a Customer Insight Analyst, where they provided 360° customer overviews for two markets and two industries. Marija then became a Customer Insight Manager and Junior Researcher at Telenor. In 2018, they took on the role of Advertising & Innovation Insights Director at EyeSee.
Marija Smuđa attended the University of Belgrade from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a degree as a Graduated Psychologist in the field of Psychology. Marija then continued their studies at the University of Belgrade, where they obtained a Master's degree in Research and Experimental Psychology in 2011.
