Maria Steinberg has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as the Head of Strategic Development and GR at NPO KIT. In 2013, they founded and served as the CEO and Design Director of MT Exclusive, a company with a shoe brand called MT by Maria Tikhonova. Maria later joined Eyezon in 2017 as the COO and Brand Relations Lead.

Maria Steinberg received their Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Law from MGIMO in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from the Russian University of Friendship of Peoples (RUDN) between 2003 and 2009.
