Harrison started their career as a Factory Assistant at Creatapack LTD, where they gained experience in customer service and office IT support. Harrison later worked as a Sales Assistant at SPAR, where they developed strong retail skills. In 2012, Harrison became an IT Technician at Mail Handling International, where they were responsible for network support and maintenance. Harrison gained expertise in Windows Server and implemented various IT projects. Harrison also worked as a Free Lance Web Designer and IT Advisor, providing website development services and IT advice to clients. In 2010, they volunteered as an IT & Network Technician for the Bristol Society of Model and Experimental Engineers, where they managed IT and network requirements for annual charity exhibitions. In 2014, Harrison joined Flair 4 IT as a 2nd and 3rd Line Support Technician, specializing in Office 365 and Azure. Harrison successfully managed multiple projects and gained expertise in various IT systems. Currently, Harrison is the Lead Cloud Engineer & Head of Technical Support at eyos.one, where they oversee cloud engineering and provides technical support.
