Mustafa Abd Ellatif has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Mustafa started their career in 2012 as a Trainer for a freelance position. In 2013, they worked as an MSP at Microsoft until 2014. Mustafa then served as the Head of the Assuit team at iEARN UK from 2012 to 2013. In 2016, they became the President of the Leadership Development Association and also worked as a Project Manager for the USAID Funded Project "Business Plans Competation" until 2017. Mustafa also took on the role of CEO at Out Of The Blue Company from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they co-founded and became the CEO of EYouth. Recently, in 2022, Mustafa became the Chairperson for the Youth Entrepreneurs Network (YEN).

More recently, from 2019 to 2021, Mustafa pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport.
