Omnia Elsayed is an experienced employment and freelancing coach currently working with iCareer and EYouth, where responsibilities include providing personalized career coaching to university students and guiding participants in building sustainable freelance careers. In addition to these roles, Omnia serves as a project coordinator for various initiatives, managing training sessions and communications to enhance educational outreach. Previous experiences include conducting child labor awareness training with the International Labour Organization and delivering soft skills training for youth through the Ministry of Youth & Sports of Egypt, as well as the Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative.
