Vlad Rodinoff has over 10 years of experience in the business industry. From 2008 to 2017, they were the Managing Director at Argostar Business LTD. In 2017, they became the President & Founder at EZ Blockchain. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer at EZ Energy Technologies Inc., where they were responsible for Flaring Mitigation for Oil and Gas Industry and Proof of Work support for Blockchain Industry.

Vlad Rodinoff received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the St. Petersburg Mining Academy in 1987. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Metallurgical Engineering from the same institution in 1985.
