Dean Beneville

Dean Beneville has extensive experience in retail management, having held various leadership positions with a focus on sales growth and team development. Currently, as Store Manager at EZCORP since April 2014, Dean oversees pawn loan operations and revenue management while also training and developing staff. Previous roles include Assistant Manager at OfficeMax and several positions at Hollywood Entertainment, where Dean excelled as District Manager, managing multiple stores and achieving significant sales milestones. Dean also has experience in operations and customer service at Burlington Coat Factory, Best Buy, and Blockbuster. Education was pursued at Pima Community College from 1999 to 2002.
