Elena Dalton started their career as a Staffing Consultant at PrideStaff where Elena was responsible for full cycle recruiting and generating leads. Elena then moved on to Tek Resource L.L.C. as a Technical Recruiter before joining EZCORP as an HRIS Manager. At EZCORP, Elena oversaw various HR functions, such as data entry, employment verification, and compliance reporting. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio, Elena has continued to excel in their HR and recruitment roles, demonstrating superior customer service and attention to detail.
