Lauren Barnes, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in human resources, particularly in compensation management and employee benefits. Currently serving as Manager of Compensation at EZCORP since August 2018, Lauren has previously held roles such as Compensation Analyst and Total Compensation Specialist at Shop LC, where responsibilities included managing compensation strategies, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.
