Nikki Swies

Nikki was named Chief Revenue and Operations Officer in September 2020.

She joined EZCORP in November 2002 as a Financial Analyst. She has worked in various finance and analytics positions primarily supporting operations in the US and Lat Am pawn segments, and prior Financial Services businesses.

Nikki is a member of the Community Advisory Council for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas and on the finance committee of ConnectHer, a global non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls through projects, stories and film.

Nikki earned her BBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
