Cristina Arcoleo has a diverse work experience starting from 2007 to the present. Cristina began their career at TGI Fridays as a Restaurant Manager and worked there for six years. Cristina then joined Longhorn Steakhouse as a Restaurant Manager for a year. In 2014, they joined Aramark, where they served as a Chef Manager, Food Service Director, and eventually as a General Manager. Cristina worked at Aramark until 2019 when they joined SwagUp as a Procurement Manager initially and later took on the role of Director of Operations. Currently, they are working at ezCater as the Head of Business Operations, starting in August 2021.
Cristina Arcoleo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Business from Rutgers University, which they attained in 2015. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, they earned another Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Psychology from the same university. In 2005-2006, they briefly attended Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus. Additionally, Cristina has certifications in OSHA10 from OSHA Safety Training Institute, Serve Safe from ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Aveta Business Institute.
