Jessica Gross

Jessica Gross is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in customer service and business management. Currently serving as a Regional Operations Associate and previously as an Onboarding Associate at Drizly since May 2020, Jessica has developed a strong skill set in operations. Prior to Drizly, Jessica worked at ezCater from June 2017 to April 2020 in Customer Concierge Services and as a Customer Service Representative. Jessica's earlier experience includes roles as an Advisor at Custom Ink Fundraising from August 2015 to January 2017 and as a Business Owner at Sooshi Clothing from February 2009 to January 2015. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Industry and Business Administration from Northeastern University, completed in 2009.
