Shady Chahine (Assoc. CIPD)

Shady Chahine's work experience begins in 2013 at SAK Holding, where they started as an HR Officer before progressing to the role of HR Development Section Head. During their time at SAK Holding, they achieved notable accomplishments such as designing the HR module for the company's ERP software and developing workflows to enhance HR services.

In 2019, Shady joined Ezdan Holding Group as a Group HR & Admin Manager. In this role, they provided strategic direction and oversight for HR and administrative functions for the company, which operates in diversified investments including real estate and hospitality. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Manager - Group HR & Administration at Ezdan Holding Group.

Shady Chahine (Assoc. CIPD) has a diverse education history. Shady first pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on the English section at Zagazig University Faculty of Commerce from 2007 to 2011. After completing their undergraduate studies, in 2012 to 2013, Shady obtained a Diploma in Human Resources from The American University in Cairo.

In 2018, Shady simultaneously pursued two educational paths. Shady earned an Intermediate level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD Qualifications. Additionally, during the same period, Shady studied at SBS Swiss Business School and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
